Welcome back – or maybe you’re here for the first time at (UN)Art. If you’re wondering where all the old posts went: I made a conscious decision not to migrate them. Why? Because this project deserves a true fresh start. Instead of digging through the past, I’d rather take you on a little journey: how it all began, the challenges I faced, and where we are today.
The Beginning: Between Vision and Reality
When I launched (UN)Art, the idea was clear – a space for creative experiments, interdisciplinary projects, and the unfinished and unconventional. But as with most ideas, they often sound simpler in theory than they are in practice.
Here are a few challenges I ran into early on:
- Tech vs. Aesthetics: I wanted a site that was both functional and visually exciting. That meant going beyond templates and diving into a lot of trial and error.
- Structuring content: How do you tell a story that’s still unfolding? I spent a lot of time figuring out how to document projects without locking them into place too soon.
- Time management: (UN)Art is a passion project, but not my only one. Finding the balance between creative freedom and realistic deadlines was (and still is) a real challenge.
Where We Are Now: Current Projects
Today, (UN)Art is more than just an idea – it’s a growing network of projects, thoughts, and people. Here’s a quick look at what we’re working on:
- Our first music album is finished: A collaborative experiment between art and technology. We’re still testing lots of new tools for creative processes.
- Documentation & Archive: Alongside classic blog posts, a visual and acoustic chronicle is taking shape – a kind of living archive that evolves with each project.
Who Is This For?
If you’re a creative thinker, curious about interdisciplinary approaches, or just interested in how projects can be shaped outside traditional categories – you’re in the right place. (UN)Art isn’t a finished product, it’s a process. And I’d love for you to be part of it.
Final Thoughts: Thanks for Being Here
I hope you enjoyed this little glimpse behind the scenes. It’s a mix of beginner’s guide, personal reflection, and project update – just like (UN)Art itself: imperfect, alive, and open to new ideas.
Stay curious – and see you soon!
